2019 BMW 7 Series Individual - The true meaning of luxury car

The BMW 7-Series is the German marque’s range-toping definition of luxury. It makes only sense, then, that BMW would partner with a company known for its over-the-top luxury sailing yachts, Nautor’s Swan. The special edition 760Li helps honor 25 years of BMW Individual history, and comes with a few unique features to boot.

The BMW Individual M760Li inspired by Nautor’s Swan includes a number of upscale upgrades, including unique brake calipers which are finished exclusively in the same color as the car, each wearing a raised Nautor's Swan logo. The rear of the car also comes with the logo affixed, with most of the new luxury elements carrying over the cabin.

Some of the notable enhancements include teak wood paneling with joints filled precisely with a fine layer of rubber. That special rubber allows the wood to expand and contract with the changing temperatures, similar to a luxury sailing yacht. Carbon-bonded wood components are fitted on the trunk floor, paired with an Alcantara Smoke White finish.

The interior trims, door sills, and floor mats have all been produced by Nautor’s Swan, and include unique features to differentiate them from the standard model. The Nautor’s Swan logo is stitched into the headrests and cushions, as well as the sun visors and interior trims, each made of European oak.
The BMW 7 Series Nautor’s Swan special edition will features the same M Performance TwinPower turbocharged V12 found on other 7 Series models, but will cost less than the M760Li xDrive V12 Excellence, which itself comes with an asking price of over $150,000.The 6.6-liter engine produces 610 horsepower (448 kilowatts), and 590 pound-feet (800 Newton-meters) of torque, allowing it to sprint to 62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) in just 3.7 seconds. All that power is paired to an eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission.
